1. Delivery & Inspection

All items must be carefully inspected upon delivery and signed for by the customer.

Any damages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery and before assembling the item.

We are unable to accept damage claims reported after assembly or outside the 48 hours window.

If any parts are damaged or missing, replacement parts will be sent free of charge.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are processed and dispatched within the estimated lead time shown on the product page.

Please note: Some products may require self-assembly. Assembly instructions will be provided with your delivery.

For self-assembly furniture, returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.
