Delivery Charges

• Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £400 within the UK mainland.

• Orders Under £400: A standard delivery fee of £12.99 applies to orders below this amount.

• Oversized or Fragile Items: Some large or fragile items may require a small additional delivery charge. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated before dispatch.
  

Delivery Methods

• Large or Heavy Items (Outside London): Deliveries will typically be made to the ground floor entrance. For particularly heavy or bulky pieces, delivery may be made kerbside using pallet services.

Delivery Schedule

• Operating Days: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Lead Times: Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery timeframes for specific items are listed on their product pages.

Returns

• We do not accept returns unless the item is received damaged or defective the wrong item has been sent.

• For self-assembly furniture, returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.

• Please ensure the product suits your space and needs before ordering.
